Global Learning & Development Director

Project Overview :

• Design and manage the Organization’s Learning & Development Strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external learning providers • Work collaboratively with the regional and central leadership and HR team to develop a strong leadership and succession pipeline for the organization through identification of and development of talent in organizational & talent reviews. • Lead the implementation of all talent development and training courses, policies and procedures across regions • Deploy and manage learning management system • Drive the implementation of global LMS with competency management • Advocate best practices that improve team performance, personal mastery, employee engagement and retention • Anticipate and plan for long-term L&D needs and trends in partnership with regional HRVP and other business units
