Process Improvement Consultant - Manufacturing

Project Overview :

Our client is a global manufacturing organisation with a presence in over 100 countries. They are looking for a Six Sigma Master Black Belt who will be responsible for leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma projects to improve operational excellence across the organization. This position will serve as a change management consultant and help assist the management and key team members of the organisation by driving the required cultural transformation and implementation of Lean Six Sigma process improvement practices by identifying barriers to project success and facilitating resolution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitate cross-functional expertise to the internal stakeholders to drive breakthrough or Best-in-Class performance in People, Quality, Material Flow, and Cost. Own the continuous improvement process from start to finish; scope projects, gain leadership support, form effective teams, and facilitate project completion. Provide expertise in deploying Lean and Six Sigma programs and initiatives. Provide basic Six Sigma training to project team members. Provide in-depth analysis and reporting of site performance data. Use performance data to identify, rank, quantify and prioritize improvement projects based on impact to quality, complexity, and resource requirements. Provide regular updates on project status and progress; work to remove obstacles to success and roadblocks. Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of quality and savings goals.
