Project Overview :

Work with a holistic approach towards defining and creating a flexible but complete Employee Value Proposition in terms of Learning, Career growth, Compensation and Benefits, Rewards and Recognition, Map the current compensation to create the pay levels at current structure. Create pay structure that is tax compliant but ensures higher take home for employees. Help project manpower costs, budgets and approximately suggest the mix of manpower between full time, contract and other engagements. Define incentive schemes for the teams to ensure push towards productivity and achieving business goals. Very good knowledge about E-commerce marketplace firms.
