HR Process Improvement Specialist, Insurance

Project Overview :

This person will be the key driver for HR process improvement, advocate creative ways to develop and reengineer HR processes and be accountable to get stakeholders buy-in. Responsible for the identification and reengineering of key HR processes to improve on efficiency, quality, increase productivity and improve cycle time that results in good employee experience. Work with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives to understand HR operating processes. Develop and co-ordinate the performance improvement vision and project plan. Use the repertoire of automated tools, bots and digital enablers available to design end-to-end automated processes where possible. Work closely with different internal and external stakeholders to deploy tools which will help us increase automation of workflows and processes. Drive the operational efficiency initiative by working closely with relevant stakeholders to increase the adoption of automation and/or process controls across departments. Achieve buy-in from all decision makers for the successful application of performance excellence. Actively lead process efficiency projects and advocate the changes after key projects have been identified. More than 5 years of relevant experience Must be certified practitioner of Six Sigma / Lean / Business Process Reengineering Proven experience in process improvement, leading projects with a record of successful implementation will be advantageous This is a permanent position.
