Microsoft D365 HR Functional Consultant

Project Overview :

• Responsible for implementing the HR module using Dynamics 365 functionalities • Performing requirement gathering with clients and providing fit/gap analysis • Identify workarounds in systems and propose suitable changes to client’s business processes to solve certain issues and avoid redundancies in the processes • Work with business end-users to collect configuration data and train business end-users in using D365 for Operations in preparation for creating test scripts • Working with third-party vendors to complete integrations with D365 (payroll, Active Directory, recruitment, training, E-learning, etc.) • Provide data migration solutions using Excel Add-in, custom scripts, DIXF, and data entities • Develop analytical interface for reporting using Power BI • Continuous post go-live support to clients for issues and changes to the system • Manage employee programs, including all change activity to ensure compliance with HR processes, policies and practices • Ensure that employee questions, concerns and grievances are resolved through the respective laboratory HRBP teams • Ensure that customer-focused support is provided by HRBPs to address all HR related issues and concerns • Proactively communicate with the divisional leader, leadership teams, general managers, and employees • Ensure positive, compliant, productive employee relations environment • Maintain accurate employee information, monitor, and act on key HR metrics • Support divisional mergers and acquisition activity, leading people due diligence and post-acquisition integration activity

2500 EUR Monthly (Negotiable)
