Change Manager, Financial Services/Leader in Insurance Sector

Project Overview :

The Change Management function works on deploying change management tool and processes throughout the organization. Implement change programs focusing on the people side of change in line with strategic roadmap. Drive adoption and proficiency of changes with internal and external stakeholders in compliance with organization’s Change Management framework. Develop and deliver programme strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training. Work closely with Head of Enterprise Change Management, Project Managers and Business Process Engineers to ensure effective execution of change agenda. Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions . Periodic reporting including and not limited to program health status, regulatory reports, risk assessment. Ensure timelines (milestones, decisions and delivery) are managed and value of project is achieved without compromising quality and within budget. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Certification in Change Management is desired.
