Program Leader- Early Career Development

Project Overview :

• Responsible for leading campus recruitment and career development program for all trainees, interns and entry level positions. • Partner with and act as an advisor to business, HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to determine present and future campus talent intake needs • Lead the program from attraction to onboarding and be responsible for shaping the first few years of their professional development and career growth. • Lead talent development programs, induction and performance reviews of all trainees, interns and entry level positions. • Design, develop and track career path progression for this target group • Develop and maintain relationships with targeted academic institutions, faculty, campus relations partners and students.
