Agile Coach and Scrum Master, Fintech startup

Project Overview :

Coach and drive the practice of Agile with the product and tech teams. Help them work effectively together at-speed and keep the learning live when it comes to practicing agile. Get into the day to day practicalities of Agile practice such as auditing how the organisation uses tools that enable agile work such as JIRA. Help tech and product team to effectively drive productive scrum meetings  Regularly assess Agile and Scrum maturity through retrospectives, metrics and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team. Contribute to building an environment where continuous improvement of the product strategy and development process is in focus and where everyone’s common goal is to deliver outstanding customer solutions as fast as possible. The suitable candidate must have a proven track record of successfully leading through a waterfall to Agile transformation. Experience with one or more Agile tools is required (e.g., Jira, RTC, Rally) and Agile frameworks (i.e., Kanban, Scrum, Lean). The candidate should have hands-on experience in agile transformation for fast growing finance companies/digital payment startups/digitally native companies and teams. Experience working with senior executives and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence senior executives in decisions critical to adoption and implementation of Agile practice. Role duration is set from 6 months to 1 year based on results.
