Project Overview :

• Drive change by analyzing existing business processes, practices and find opportunities for improvement • Developing short term and long-term process improvement strategies for the organization by incorporating lean six sigma practices • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures and continue to develop and improve safety systems to include ownership, communication, training, recognition, safety audits and behavioral based safety practices • Act as a Coach to make continuous improvement an integral part of the company culture • Train, guide, and coach employees in process improvement techniques
