HR Director

Project Overview :

• Partner with leadership teams across business unit to provide strategic HR direction, build high performing teams, and infuse a culture of customer-centricity, strong engagement, accountability, and career development • Establish and execute talent development plans • Provide coaching and mentoring to all leaders • Grow the talent pool by supporting leaders in hiring, onboarding and retaining top talents in each branch location in collaboration with the global team • Drive employee engagement initiatives and implement programs to ensure ongoing engagement improvements and reduction of turnover • Ensure employee compensation competitiveness in internal as well as external market by partnering with Compensation & Benefits team • Implement and monitor a variety of People programs and processes • Anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with regional HRVP and other business units • Manage employee programs to ensure compliance with HR processes, policies and practices • Ensure that employee questions, concerns and grievances are resolved through the respective HRBP teams • Ensure that customer-focused support is provided by HRBPs to address all HR related issues and concerns • Proactively communicate with the BU leader, leadership teams, general managers, and employees • Ensure positive, compliant, productive employee relations environment • Maintain accurate employee information, monitor and act on key HR metrics
