Global Head for Diversity & Inclusion

Project Overview :

As the Client’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Director you will be in charge of further developing Client’s DE&I agenda. You will be working closely with the global HR team and the global Corporate Governance to ensure that all initiatives are successfully implemented and they are well positioned to attract, recruit, onboard, engage and retain diverse employees in line with their People strategies. In addition, you will be collaborating with the Learning & Development Director to ensure they globally raise awareness on DEI as well as provide education and training on inclusive leadership. Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement and evaluate diversity/equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action programs to ensure compliance with country specific government legislation and overall Client’s DEI objectives • Drive the talent acquisition teams in the Business Units to draft and implement strong recruiting and hiring strategies to attract employees from diverse backgrounds in the context of their new Employer Branding campaigns and establish KPIs. • Provide training and coaching for employees and managers on diversity, equity and inclusion topics • Determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the existing EEO data system for the Americas. • Conduct research, develop, recommend, and execute creative strategies to foster diverse talent attraction in the context of Client’s DE &I agenda 2025. • Prepare employment trend reports related to the utilization of the job market in employment practices as related to diversity • Recommend improvements in recruitment and employee programs to ensure compliance with diversity/EEO goals and regulations • Review current Client’s people practices and policies, assessing and analyzing the extent to which they support or hinder our diversity objectives. • Collect and analyze relevant people data to evaluate the Client’s population in accordance with diversity standards and goals.
